Harmonious simplicity. The Storytellers has two, close-to-nature glamping spaces for self catering holidays and self-retreats. The wild spaces of the Cederberg are an ideal place to switch off and reconnect with yourself. Dassie Den and Tortoise Terrace are two unique and private spots, set amidst the spectacularly beautiful Rocklands cliffs, with myriad opportunities for hiking, climbing and swimming (or simply being in the wild).

The spaces are simple, ecologically sustainable, yet comfortable, each with fully equipped kitchen private bathroom and comfortable lounge area, beautifully merging with the surrounding wilderness. Nestled between the rocks, glamping-style, you can experience the raw, rugged magic of the Cederberg landscape in a truly authentic way. While you are here, be sure to ask about the healing modalities on offer, as well as our fynbos apothecary products. From April 2025, we will also be offering upmarket camping via a community-run campsite with a gorgeous communal kitchen and dining area.
