Clan Lake House is beautifully positioned on the dam in Clanwilliam, offering a tranquil retreat with breathtaking views for up to 8-10 guests.

This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a separate guest toilet. Two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, the third with a queen-size bed, and the fourth with 4 bunk beds – perfect for families or groups. Two bathrooms offer showers, while the third has both a bath and shower.

Linen and towels are provided for your convenience, and Tim, our friendly live-in housekeeper, is on hand daily to keep everything clean and tidy.

The fully equipped self-catering kitchen includes everything you need: stove, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The cosy living area boasts comfy seating, a fireplace, and a dining area for guests to enjoy.

Step outside to a stunning balcony and deck – complete with braai areas, a fire pit, dining space, daybeds, a pool, and a wood-fired jacuzzi – all with uninterrupted dam views. With air-conditioning throughout and an indoor fireplace, you’ll be comfortable no matter the season.

Guests have full access to the home (excluding the garage). Boat lovers can launch at the slipway just 3 minutes away (day passes available at the dam’s gate) or simply walk down from the garden to the water’s edge.
